Salem Marthoma Church, New York

We, the members of Salem Mar Thoma church were very honored and privileged by the visit of our Diocesan Episcopa Rt. Rev. Dr. Greevarghese Mar Theodosious on Sunday July 10, 2011 during the celebration of Graduates' Appreciation Day and the final day of VBS.

Episcopal Visit to Vancouver Mar Thoma Parish

A Holy Communion service was organized at one of the Anglican Churches in Vancouver on Sunday June 26, 2011. The Diocesan Episcopa, Geevarghese Mar Theodosius, celebrated Holy Communion service at 6 p. m., after his celebration in the Mar thoma Church in Seattle. Rev. K. J. Mathew and Rev. Binu Varghese assisted in the service. There were about 100 participants in the Holy Qurbana. The Message was on the theme: Apostolic Ministry of the Local Parish. There was a dinner fellowship and the youth of the parish made it an opportunity to raise funds for the Regional youth Conference scheduled at Calgary in July.

Mar Thoma Congregation, Portland

The visit to Mar Thoma Congregation, Portland by the Diocesan Episcopa in 2011 was from June 23 to 25. Mar Theodosius with the Vicar Rev. Binu Varghese travelled from Seattle to Portland and visited Origen on 24^th June. There was a prayer meeting at the residence of Mr. M. C. Mannen and Mrs. Sarah Mammen.

Visit to Calgary Mar Thoma Parish

The Diocesan Episcopa, Geevarghese Mar Theodosius, on his way from Vancouver to Edmonton for the Diocesan Family Conference, visited Mar Thoma Parish Calgary on Tuesday June 28. There was a Sandhya Namaskaram arranged by the parish in a local Anglican Church which was attended by the members after their day's work. Mar Theodosius spoke on the Neighbourhood Ministry based on Mt. 25:30f.

Visit to George Fox University

A visit to George Fox University was arranged during the Episcopal Visit of Mar Theodosius to the Pacific coast on the last week of June 2011.

Geevarghese Mar Theodosius, the Diocesan Bishop of the Mar Thoma Church in North America met the President Dr. Robin E. Baker of the George Fox University on Friday, June 24 accompanied by Rev. Binu Varghese, Seattle and Mr. Mathews Manaloor, Portland.

Episcopal Visit to the North Carolina Mar Thoma Church

The North Carolina Mar Thoma Church was blessed by the visit of its Diocesan Bishop, Rt. Rev. Dr. Geevarghese Mar Theodosius Episcopaon 18^th and 19^th June, 2011. It was Thirumeni's first visit after the Episcopal Synod recognized the North Carolina Mar Thoma Congregation as a Parish of the Church.

Episcopal Visit to Houston Immanuel

“He has entered into heaven. …” was the topic of the talk given by Mar Theodosius as he celebrated the Holy Qurbana on Sunday June 5, 2011, as part of his Episcopal visit to the parish from Friday evening to Monday. There were 23 first communicants at the Holy Qurbana service which was well attended, not only by members of the Immanuel Marthoma parish, but by friends and relatives from the different parishes in Texas and other places, near and far. There were about 400 communicant members.
